About the Ride:
What route to ride?
You pick. You can take the easy option, as many people are planning. Park downtown, go to City Hall, and ride one of the routes from Tour Dallas 2014. All the roads and streets are still there. Obey the traffic laws and have fun. Stay alert to the traffic around you. New to riding with traffic? Don’t go it alone. Think about riding with a group from one of the options listed below.

You also have many options with area cycling clubs, like the Greater Dallas Bicyclists, the Plano Bicycle Association, the Carrollton Cycling Club, The Shawnee Trail Cycling Club or the Lone Star Cyclists. All of these clubs have a regular calendar of rides in and around the Dallas area.
You can also check with the area shops who supported Tour Dallas. many of them have a regular schedule of rides. B&B Bicycles, Bicycles Plus, Plano Cycling & Fitness and Richardson Bike Mart.
You ALSO have the option of joining Tour Dallas founder Bikin’ Mike Keel. His group will meet and start at Dallas City Hall, riding the 30 mile route. To RSVP and get the details/specifics on this ride, send an email to Bikin’ Mike.
