Date: June 10, 2017
Event: 2017 Tour De Agua
Route Distances: 9, 34, and 64 miles
About the Ride: Previously known as the Tour De Pepper, the Tour De Agua is the same great ride with a more specific focus. We have prizes galore, our famous t-shirts, and some great sodas for you, so it’s still all you can drink! Come ride the Tour De Agua and, change a life for the GOOD!
All three rides will launch from the Dublin High School beginning at 8:00AM. Each course will remain on pavement, primarily utilizing scenic and lightly traveled country roads. Distance, more than anything, will determine the degree of difficulty, as each course consists of rolling hills, intermittent flats, and an occasional leg-burning climb. Safety will be given highest priority with traffic control, SAG vehicles, and rest stops at strategic parts of each course. Each course will terminate at the Old Doc’s Square where thousands will be celebrating Dublin Days.
After the Ride
Come join us at the finish line under the Live Oak trees when you’ve completed your ride. Snacks, fruit, bottled water, sports drink, and all the Dublin Bottling Works Soda you can drink will be available for riders. Live music, Ol Doc’s Soda Shop, and free tours of the Dublin Bottling Works Museum are all part of the day’s fun, as well. Award ceremonies will also be held after finishers come in. A guarded bike corral is provided. Showers will be available at the Dublin High School.
